ClassWallet Educational Funds

Storylark Road is an approved DirectPay vendor in select states through ClassWallet. We send out your materials on the day that ClassWallet approves your purchase. In order to ensure a speedy approval, here are some steps and tips when submitting your order to ClassWallet.

How to Use ClassWallet Funds

To use your funds, you'll need to create and submit an invoice to ClassWallet. You can simply add your items to your cart and screenshot the total including tax and shipping at the checkout page and submit it to ClassWallet.     • If desired, you may also create an invoice for your order and then submit that invoice to ClassWallet by following the steps below. This might help move the approval process along:

    Step 1: Create Your Invoice
    1. Add items to your cart. Visit our store and add everything you’d like to purchase to your cart. Go all the way to the checkout page (before payment) so you can see the shipping and tax totals. You’ll need these numbers for your invoice.
    2. Open the invoice template. Use our invoice spreadsheet here.
    3. Make your own editable copy. Go to File → Make a Copy so you can fill in the form.
    4. Enter your information. Fill in: Student Name and Parent Name
    5. List the items you want to order. For each item, fill in the Product Name, Quantity, and Unit Price. The Total Price column will calculate automatically.
    6. Add Shipping and Tax. Use the amounts shown at checkout. The invoice Total will update automatically.
    7. Save your invoice as a PDF. Go to File → Download → PDF and save the file. You will upload this in ClassWallet.

      Step 2: Submit Your Invoice Through ClassWallet
      1. Log in to your Account: https://app.classwallet.com/login
      2. Click Pay a Vendor.
      3. Under Who do you want to pay?, search for Storylark Road.
      4. Enter the Total Amount from your invoice.
      5. Upload your PDF invoice when prompted.
      6. Submit your request.

      Once submitted, ClassWallet will send us your order and we will fulfill it as soon as we receive it.
