We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, weโ€™re happy to accept returns of physical products under the terms outlined below.

Physical Products

We accept returns of physical items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To request a return:
Please email us at contact@storylarkroad.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, weโ€™ll send instructions on where to send the item. Please note: We do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@storylarkroad.com with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads: All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
